Shaanxi Coal Chemical Industry Technology Research Institute Co, Ltd's (SXCCTI) optoelectronic functional thin film project department was established in June 2016 with a total investment of RMB 24,691,900. Currently, the project department has established two product platforms, namely wet coating and magnetron sputtering, with comprehensive capabilities in R&D and design, experimental production, and testing and evaluation of various types of optoelectronic functional films. According to downstream customer demand and potential market, the project department has developed transparent conductive nano silver films, reflective metal films, conductive ITO films, intelligent all-in-one conference machines and other products, and successfully shipped them in large quantities with good customer feedback.
Product description:
1.silver nanowire ink: silver nanowire ink is a kind of water-based coating ink, which uses the solution method to synthesize the nano-scale silver line material, and after mixing into a water-based coating ink.
2.Transparent conductive films with nanosilver wires: the transparent conductive nanosilver film is a new generation of optoelectronic functional materials produced by wet coating with nanosilver line ink. Compared with the traditional ITO film, it has the advantages of simple process, excellent optoelectronic performance and wide range of applications.
3.Conductive ITO film: the ITO film produced by the project department has excellent appearance, high transmittance, low haze and yellowing, square resistance of 150±30Ω/port, square resistance uniformity of <10%, adhesion of 5B, suitable for small and medium TP sensor market.
4.Reflective metal foil: the project department is able to produce silver plated and copper plated reflective foil, the silver plated foil can achieve 94% to 97% reflectivity in the whole wave range and 5B adhesion, which can be used for LCD backs and solar heaters etc.
5.All-in-one Intelligent Conference: The "All-in-One Nano Silverline Intelligent Conference " is a new high-end conference and office environment that integrates HD large screen, paperless office, wireless conferencing and remote visual interaction functions. It is compatible with Windows and Android systems and provides users with an immersive and synchronous communication platform in multiple locations. The touch display module is manufactured using the full lamination process, which offers the advantages of multi-touch, sensitive touch, accurate writing and strong interference protection.
